Do-Si-Dos Autoflower is a potent and flavorful strain that combines the best traits of its parent genetics. As an autoflowering version of the original Do-Si-Dos, this strain is known for its fast growth cycle, high resin production, and deeply relaxing effects.
It delivers a strong indica-dominant high, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day. With a compact structure, it’s ideal for both indoor and outdoor growers, especially those with limited space.
The buds are dense, covered in frosty trichomes, and emit a sweet, earthy aroma. This strain is favored by users seeking a balance of potency and convenience.
Do-Si-Dos Autoflower is a cross between the legendary Do-Si-Dos and a ruderalis strain, which enables it to flower automatically without needing a light cycle change. Do-Si-Dos itself is a hybrid of Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) and Face Off OG, giving it an outstanding genetic background.
The addition of ruderalis genetics ensures that the strain remains easy to grow while maintaining the potency and terpene-rich profile of the original. This blend results in a fast-flowering, compact plant with a high THC content, strong relaxation effects, and intense flavors reminiscent of cookies and earthy spices.
Do-Si-Dos Autoflower delivers a powerful indica-dominant high that starts with a euphoric cerebral rush before melting into full-body relaxation. Users experience an initial uplift in mood, accompanied by a calming wave that relieves stress and anxiety.
As the high progresses, it induces deep relaxation, sedation, and couch-lock, making it ideal for nighttime use. Its strong physical effects are perfect for those seeking relief from chronic pain or insomnia.
This strain is not recommended for daytime productivity but is excellent for unwinding, meditation, or deep sleep.
Do-Si-Dos Autoflower has a rich and complex terpene profile, blending sweet, earthy, and spicy notes. The aroma is pungent, with hints of fresh cookies, skunk, and citrus. Upon inhaling, users notice a sweet, nutty flavor with undertones of floral and herbal spices.
The exhale leaves a lingering creamy and earthy aftertaste, often compared to minty cookies or sweet dough. The scent is strong and noticeable, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy flavorful and aromatic cannabis varieties.
Do-Si-Dos Autoflower is widely sought after for its therapeutic benefits, offering relief for a range of conditions. It is particularly effective in alleviating chronic pain, easing muscle tension, arthritis, and body aches.
Those struggling with insomnia find it especially useful, as it promotes deep, restful sleep. Its calming nature makes it a great choice for reducing stress and anxiety while also helping to uplift mood and soothe the mind, making it beneficial for individuals dealing with depression.
Additionally, it stimulates appetite, which is valuable for medical patients experiencing appetite loss. Due to its strong sedative effects, it is best suited for evening or nighttime use, as it may cause drowsiness.
Do-Si-Dos Autoflower is an easy-to-grow strain, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced growers. Due to its autoflowering genetics, it does not require a strict light cycle and flowers automatically within a set period.
It grows compact and bushy, making it a great choice for small grow spaces or discreet cultivation. Low-maintenance and resilient, this strain can handle minor mistakes in feeding and watering.
It thrives in warm, sunny climates but can also perform well indoors under LED lights. Growers can maximize yields with techniques like LST (low-stress training).
Do-Si-Dos Autoflower has a fast flowering time of around 8–10 weeks from seed to harvest. This rapid growth cycle makes it a favorite among growers looking for quick turnaround times.
Indoors, it can produce 400–500g/m², while outdoor plants can yield 50–150g per plant, depending on environmental conditions. The buds are dense, frosty, and packed with trichomes, making it an excellent choice for extracts and concentrates.
With proper care, growers can expect high-quality yields with potent effects and strong flavors.
