Skywalker Ghost Feminised

What Is Skywalker Ghost Feminised?

Skywalker Ghost Feminised brings a heavy-hitting OG lineage to a full photoperiod grow. Most sources trace it to Skywalker Ghost, itself a cross of Skywalker OG and Ghost OG, further crossed with Triangle Kush. This feminised version grows on a standard light cycle, flowering once switched to 12/12.

Several seed banks now sell their own feminised version under this name, though they don’t all describe the same parentage. Some sellers instead describe a simpler Skywalker OG and Triangle Kush cross, without mentioning the Ghost OG component. Treat these as differing levels of detail on the same general lineage rather than a settled single account.

What makes this version stand out is how faithfully it carries forward that classic OG Kush resin and potency. It also carries forward a genuinely heavy, sedating high. As a result, it remains a popular choice for growers after a potent evening strain with real Kush character.

Origins & Genetics of Skywalker Ghost

Skywalker Ghost Feminised most commonly traces back to Skywalker Ghost, a Skywalker OG and Ghost OG cross, further bred with Triangle Kush. Breeder credit varies by seller. One page describes it as an in-house creation, while another instead credits a separate genetics team. Neither claim gets fully corroborated elsewhere, so treat the exact breeder as seller-dependent.

Most sources describe an indica-dominant phenotype, generally putting the split around 70% indica to 30% sativa. THC generally lands between 22% and 30%, with most reports clustering around 25% to 29%. One source instead lists a considerably higher 30 to 35% range, well above every other source. That reads as an outlier.

This cross has earned a strong reputation for its potency and classic Kush character. So its core identity stays fairly consistent across sellers. That’s true even where the exact parentage detail and potency figures vary more than usual by source.

Skywalker Ghost Effects, Aroma & Flavour

Users commonly describe an almost instant cerebral, euphoric lift that gives way to whole-body relaxation. Sedation sets in as the high develops, making it a genuine option for evening or night-time use. One source instead pairs this profile with an energetic descriptor. That sits awkwardly against its own evening-use framing elsewhere on the same page.

Meanwhile, the aroma leans citrus, pine and kush-forward, with fruity, earthy and peppery undertones running through most reports.

Growing Skywalker Ghost Seeds

This strain rates as moderate across most sources, rewarding growers who stay on top of nutrients through its heavy resin production. Since it’s a full photoperiod plant, it needs a switch to a 12/12 light cycle indoors to begin flowering.

Indoors, its dense, resinous buds benefit from good airflow to guard against mould. Our guide to growing cannabis indoors in Australia covers the setup basics if you’re planning an indoor run.

Outdoors, this strain handles a range of climates comfortably, though it appreciates a little extra warmth given its Kush heritage. Our Australian cannabis grow calendar is a useful companion read for timing an outdoor planting correctly.

Skywalker Ghost Flowering Time & Yield

Skywalker Ghost Feminised typically finishes flowering in 8 to 12 weeks from 12/12, with most reports landing around 8 to 10 weeks. Indoors, expect yields of around 400 to 550 g/m² under good conditions.

Outdoors, a healthy plant typically produces somewhere between 500 and 650g, given reasonable light, space and a full season. This strain finishes on a fairly standard photoperiod timeline for a Kush-heavy hybrid.

As a result, it suits growers happy to commit to one well-timed outdoor season. Our guide to spotting quality weed is a useful companion read once harvest day arrives.

Who Skywalker Ghost Seeds Suit Best

This strain suits growers chasing a genuinely potent, resinous Kush cross with a heavy evening effect. It also suits users after deep relaxation and sedation rather than an energising daytime lift. Specifically, growers with a little Kush-growing experience will get the most consistent results.

On the other hand, it’s a less natural fit for complete beginners after a light, functional high, or anyone after a fast, self-flowering timeline. If you’d prefer a faster, self-flowering timeline instead, with no light-cycle switch to manage, Skywalker Ghost Autoflower is worth a look. For anyone after a full-season grow with genuine, potent Skywalker Ghost character, though, Skywalker Ghost Feminised is hard to beat.
