When creating your ticket, be sure to include all the detail necessary for us to help you, like YOUR ORDER NUMBER and a nice clear description of your issue. Select the issue that closest matches yours from the drop-down and attach any images that may help explain what’s going on.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Our germination guarantee will be offered as store credit to be used against your next order. We cannot send individual seeds as all our inventory is in packets containing minimum of 5. This credit also allows for our customers to replace with another strain if they so desire and offers the best flexibility all round. All cases must be discussed through our customer support team.
